WFA Electrically heated hose

Technical specifications
The electrically heated hose WFA-type is based on a heavy wall PTFE corrugated core externally reinforced with a PTFE impregnated fiberglass with a steel spiral wire and with an high resistance external braid in stainless steel AISI 304. Suitable for heavy duty applications, it has a maximum operating pressure of 100 bar (with Ø 1/2” internal hose). The steel spiral wire ensures a further protection in case of impact or random crushing and the greater thickness of the PTFE increases the resistance of the aspiration. It’s available in the following versions:

• T100 for operating temperatures up to 100°C (212°F)
• T200 for operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F)
• Nominal diameter of the internal hose from 1/2” to 3”.

Transport of corrosive chemicals, transfer of gases and vapors, plastic molding.
