Flexible stainless steel hose with open pitch

CHARACTERISTICS:
High reliability, flexibility , resistant to corrosion and pressure, absence of permeability, can be used for static connections. Suitable for applications in hazardous environment.

PROFILE:
High corrugation, open pitch, standard wall

MATERIALS:
Stainless steel 1.4541 EN10028-7 (AISI 321)
On request: stainless steel 1.4404 EN10028-7 (AISI 316L) or other grades of stainless steel

CONSTRUCTION:
Strip profiling, winding, overlapping and welding on top of corrugations.

TYPES:
SX.T.9200 without braid
SX.T.9250 with one braid in stainless steel 1.4301 EN 10088-3 (AISI 304)
Braids in other grades of stainless steel are available on request for quantities to be agreed.

FITTINGS:
In any material or type by silver brazing , TIG welding
Braid ferrules available for optimal attachment of end connectors.

USE:
Mechanical, hermetic, and flexible protection of electrical cables, delivery under pressure or vacuum of all liquid or gaseous fluids compatible with stainless steel, combined with aggressive chemicals, high temperature, static offsets.

APPLICATIONS:
Chemical plants, refineries, surroundings saturated with explosive fumes, safety plants.

TEMPERATURE:
-200° ÷ 550°C
For a temperature range 50° ÷ 550°C working pressure must be reduced by applying the relevant coefficients (See document B205 Derating factors”).
