Applications
Carcass hoses are recommended for dynamic loading and offloading buoy, that serves as a mooring point for tankers and as a link between the Pipe Line End Manifold (PLEM) and shuttle thankers. They’re used both in shallow and in deep waters for import/ export of crude oil, oil byproducts from oilfields or refineries. Single or Double carcass available.

Construction
Lining : NBR rubber suitable for crude oil and oil by products
Reinforcement : 
1st carcass ; Multiple plies of wire steel cord with one embedded helical body steel wire
2nd carcass ; Multiple plies of textile wire cord reinforcement. 
Cover : chloroprene black synthetic rubber resistant to oil, abrasion and sunlight.
Flange type : ASME B 16.5 class 300 Ib or 150 Ib, WN FF or RF (different flanges on request).
